However, there are always going to be those things that it is financially a good idea to keep in storage, such as seasonal clothing or bedding. Tiny homes can actually hold a lot of storage when they are professionally built. Every last nook and corner will be utilized for a purpose, and you can even have a small storage cellar built beneath if you prefer. 

Myth: It can be difficult to get financing to build a tiny home. 

Fact: It is true that not every financial institution will finance your tiny home plans. However, this is not a reflection of the home's value, but guidelines about these homes that may be lacking in some locations, like the inability to get appropriate insurance coverage. But, it is a good idea to keep in mind that not every place will take the same direction and there are even some companies that specialize in financing less-than-common home building projects.
